How to Change Your Notification Preferences

You can manage how you receive updates and alerts from the Customer Portal by adjusting your notification preferences:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal:

  2. Click on your Profile/Avatar icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Settings / Preferences.

  4. Go to the Notifications section.

  5. Choose how you would like to be notified:

    • Email notifications (ticket creation, replies, status updates).

    • Portal notifications (alerts inside the portal).

    • Both (recommended).

  6. Save your changes.

👉 You can change these settings anytime to control when and how you receive support updates.
