How to Change the Language in the Customer Portal

The Customer Portal supports multiple languages so you can use it in the language you are most comfortable with. Here’s how to change it:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.

  2. Click on your Profile/Avatar icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Select My Profile / Settings.

  4. Look for the Language Preference option.

  5. Choose your preferred language from the dropdown list.

  6. Click Save to apply the changes.

  7. Refresh the page — the portal will now display in your selected language.

👉 If your preferred language is not available, please contact support so we can check if it can be enabled.
