How to Update Your Profile in the Portal

You can update your personal details in the Customer Portal to keep your information accurate. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal:

  2. In the top-right corner, click on your Profile/Avatar icon.

  3. Select My Profile from the dropdown menu.

  4. Update the fields such as:

    • Name

    • Phone number

    • Profile picture

    • Time zone / Language (if available)

  5. Click Save to update your profile details.
