How to Update or Reply to a Ticket
If you want to add more details or reply to an existing ticket, follow these steps:

Log in to the Help Center portal.

Go to the My Tickets section.

Open the ticket you want to update.

In the ticket details page, type your reply or add additional information in the Comments/Reply section.

(Optional) Attach any relevant screenshots or files to support your reply.

Click Submit/Update to save your response.
👉 The support team will receive your update, and you’ll be notified by email when they reply.
