How to Close or Resolve a Ticket

If your issue has been resolved and you want to close a ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Help Center portal.

  2. Go to the My Tickets section.

  3. Select the ticket you want to close.

  4. Review the latest response from the support team.

  5. If your issue is resolved, click the Close Ticket or Mark as Resolved option.

  6. (Optional) Add a short comment or feedback before closing.

👉 Once closed, the ticket will be marked as Resolved, and no further replies will be added unless reopened.
