How to Reopen a Closed Ticket
If your issue is not fully resolved and you need to reopen a ticket, follow these steps:

Log in to the Help Center portal.

Go to the My Tickets section.

Locate the ticket that is marked as Closed/Resolved.

Open the ticket and click the Reopen option.

Add a comment or provide additional details about why you are reopening the ticket.

Click Submit to confirm.
👉 The ticket will be reopened, and the support team will continue working on it until your issue is fully resolved.
