How to Access the Customer Portal
The Customer Portal allows you to view your tickets, search the Knowledge Base, and manage your support requests. Follow these steps to access it:
Open your web browser and go to the portal link:

On the login page, enter your registered email address and password.

If this is your first time, click Sign Up / Register and create your account using the same email you use to contact support.
Once logged in, you will see:

My Tickets โ View and track your existing support tickets.

Knowledge Base โ Search and read help articles.

Community (if enabled) โ Engage in discussions with other users.

Use the navigation bar to move between sections.
