How to Provide Feedback on Articles or Tickets

Your feedback helps us improve both our support process and the Knowledge Base. Here’s how you can provide feedback:

📝 On Knowledge Base Articles

  1. Open the article in the Help Center.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page.

  3. Click Yes/No to rate whether the article was helpful.

  4. (Optional) Add a short comment if the article was not useful.

  5. Submit your feedback — our team reviews every response.

🎟 On Support Tickets

  1. After a ticket is Resolved/Closed, you will receive a closure email.

  2. In the email, click on the Feedback/Survey link.

  3. Rate your experience and leave a comment if required.

  4. You can also provide feedback directly in the portal by opening the closed ticket and selecting Provide Feedback.
