How to Rate and Comment on Knowledge Base Articles
Your feedback on Knowledge Base (KB) articles helps us improve the quality of our content. Here’s how you can rate and comment:

Log in to the Customer Portal and open the Knowledge Base (KB).

Select and read the article you want to review.
At the bottom of the article, you’ll see the option:

If you clicked No, a comment box will appear where you can explain what was missing or unclear.

Enter your comment and submit.
