How to Submit Feature Requests in the Portal

If you have an idea for a new feature or an improvement, you can submit a feature request directly from the portal.

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.

  2. Go to the Community or Ideas/Feature Requests section (based on your portal settings).

  3. Click + New Post / New Idea.

  4. Enter a Title that summarizes your request.

  5. In the Description, explain your idea in detail, including:

    • What the feature should do.

    • Why it is important.

    • Any examples or use cases.

  6. (Optional) Add attachments or screenshots for clarity.

  7. Submit your request.
