How to Use Tags to Find Related Articles

Tags help you quickly find articles that are connected to a specific topic. Here’s how you can use them in the Knowledge Base:

  1. Go to the Customer Portal and open the Knowledge Base (KB).

  2. Open any article.

  3. At the bottom or side of the article, you will see Tags (e.g., password, login, reset).

  4. Click on a tag → all related articles with the same tag will appear in a list.

  5. Browse the related articles to get more information on the same topic.

👉 Example: If you’re reading How to Reset Your Password and click the password tag, you may also find How to Reset Your Customer Portal Password.
