How to Search for Articles in the Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base (KB) makes it easy to find answers quickly without contacting support. Here’s how you can search for articles:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.

  2. Click on the Knowledge Base (KB) tab.

  3. Use the Search Bar at the top of the page.

  4. Type a keyword related to your issue (e.g., password reset, ticket status, billing).

  5. The system will show a list of relevant articles.

  6. Click on the article title to view the full content.

  7. If the article doesn’t fully solve your issue, you can still create a ticket from the portal.

👉 Tip: Use specific keywords (e.g., “reset password” instead of “login problem”) for better results.
